Do you think that Russia and East Europe are a valid alternative to the part of the world we cover?
I am sure that public relations campaigners anywhere in the world are promoting certain destinations by suggesting that visiting foreign men can have illicit sexual encounters by going there.
They don't say: "Hey, if you go to this or that destination, many beautiful girls for every visitor."
This would just create unwanted controversy.
Rather they say: "A negative aspect of this destination is the growing number of teenage prostitutes that approach foreign visitors in the vicinity of the ."
That hotel can be at the oddest location in a city. But you can be sure that a good number of foreign men will make a trip there, because of the mentioned "negative aspect".
Those publishing the comment on the "negative aspect" cannot be assailed because, anyway, they are on the moral high ground.
There is so much shit on the Internet that pretends to be information. (ch*e)
